Job summary

MPI is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects in multifamily, senior housing, and related sectors. You will balance contract requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality to deliver on time and within cost targets.

You will coordinate Owners, their representatives, Trade Partners, and the on-site Superintendent to align project outcomes with owner expectations while maintaining productivity and high standards. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating among Owners, representatives, and trades.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods and market conditions.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project objectives by balancing contract requirements, financial constraints, schedule expectations, and overall cost considerations.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination among Owners, their representatives, Trade Partners, and the on-site Superintendent.
• Provide guidance to the Superintendent to ensure delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Make informed decisions based on project progress and integrated moving parts.
• Align results with Owner and Architect expectations while controlling schedule and budget.
• Take responsibility for decisions influencing overall project costs and success.
• Prioritize tasks, plan activities, and organize workflows to maintain momentum.
• Establish and refine processes to translate client expectations into a clear finished product.
