Job summary

Zeely Inc. is seeking a Marketing Analytics Lead to build and scale a marketing analytics system that enables data‑driven decisions across Marketing, Growth and Product teams.

You will develop frameworks to evaluate channels, campaigns, CAC, LTV and ROAS, create dashboards, and partner with Marketing, Data and Engineering to improve growth. Remote-first with offices in Warsaw and Kyiv, 18 paid days off per year, 3 fully paid sick days plus unlimited sick leave at 70% pay, plus performance

Qualifications

• Experience as a Marketing Analytics Lead or similar leadership role.
• Built analytics systems for performance-driven teams.
• Strong background in performance marketing and growth analytics.
• Experience with 2+ companies with mature marketing functions.
• Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS and funnels.
• Experience with large datasets and analytical models.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a marketing analytics system for data-driven decisions.
• Develop frameworks to evaluate marketing channels and campaigns.
• Analyze KPIs, funnels, LTV, CAC, ROAS and other indicators.
• Build attribution models to show marketing impact.
• Create dashboards and reporting for Marketing, Growth, Product, Leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities via data analysis.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve processes.
• Promote a data-driven culture within teams.
