You will lead product strategy, optimize key flows across web and mobile, and grow the product through data-driven decisions, including subscription monetization and retention initiatives. This role offers remote work with potential in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Product Manager (B2C background is highly valued).
• Proven track record of scaling digital products.
• Strong analytical skills — ability to work with data, conduct market research, and turn insights into actionable ideas.
• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Hands-on knowledge of product analytics (Amplitude, Firebase) and marketing analytics (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics).
• Deep understanding of marketing and product metrics.
• Experience running A/B tests.
• Proven results in implementing retention and growth strategies.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage release cycles (close collaboration with product and engineering teams).
• UI/UX design culture fit.
• Solid knowledge of Jobs-To-Be-Drought and other product methodologies.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
