Job summary

Gateway Search Associates, Inc. seeks a tech-savvy Estate Manager to own enterprise systems and drive Apple-centric workflows across luxury properties. You will train teams, coordinate with vendors, and travel to premier destinations to implement digital workflows.

This remote-first role requires 3–5+ years in systems administration within high-end hospitality or private estates, plus strong data governance and the ability to translate complex tools for non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in systems administration, corporate tech training, or managing operations software for high-end hospitality or private estates.
• Platform expertise with specialized property management or enterprise systems (NINES Systems Administration a major plus).
• Deep familiarity with Apple ecosystems (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, iCloud integration).
• Strong communication to teach complex digital tools to non-technical staff.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership: serve as the sole administrator for estate and operations software (including NINES).
• Data Integrity: manage user permissions, onboard profiles, and maintain scalable data architecture.
• Ecosystem Integration: ensure seamless integration across field devices and corporate iCloud environments.
• Hands-On Training: conduct remote and on-site training to empower non-technical staff.
• Operational Bridge: align corporate tech goals with property operations and workflows.
• Workflow Optimization: audit and improve platform workflows for efficiency and clarity.
• SOPs & Vendor Liaison: translate operations into digital SOPs and coordinate with AV/IT vendors.
