Job summary

AMF Bakery Systems Inc. is seeking a First Line Technical Service Support Engineer to assist customers by troubleshooting on-site and remotely, serving as the first line of defense for technical issues.

The ideal candidate will grow the aftermarket parts and service business and work independently from a remote environment while developing knowledge resources across the company. You will handle tickets, provide proactive service, and collaborate with technicians and the Service Manager to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer technical support solving mechanical, electrical and programming issues.
• Strong problem solving, customer service, and detail orientation.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, remote support, and ticketing systems.
• Be the first line for technical support calls and remote troubleshooting.
• Follow up with customers and team members in a timely manner.
• Update and manage case tickets and knowledge base.
• Support maintenance service packages and investigate service visits.
• Assist Service Manager with scheduling, dispatching, and quotes.
• Travel to customer sites for training as needed (up to 20%).
