Job summary

Tourmaline Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to support customers and help grow our service team.

This role is 80% in-house and phone-based technical support and 20% field service, with emphasis on troubleshooting, equipment setup, and keeping our industrial inkjet printers running reliably. You will mentor junior technicians, contribute to service standards, and participate in hiring and training as the department scales, while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certs preferred
• 5–7 years field service/tech support with progressive responsibilities
• Able to stand, walk, drive, and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal technical expert and mentor within the department
• Lead training for internal staff on equipment functionality
• Troubleshoot remote and on-site issues and perform field service
• Establish and refine service standards and processes
• Provide weekly updates to Operations Manager on goals and progress
• Coordinate with sales and customer service on equipment usage and support
• Conduct periodic on-site visits (3–5 times per month) and customer education
