Qualifications

• Ability to lead and motivate technical teams while balancing operational and strategic priorities.
• Experience managing cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure, or engineering functions.
• Experience working with security monitoring and cyber defense platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple Security Engineering & Platform teams, including supervisors and engineers.
• Set strategic direction and roadmaps for cybersecurity platforms and engineering capabilities.
• Oversee administration, support, and optimization of enterprise security monitoring and automation platforms.
• Drive automation initiatives through scripting, APIs, and best practices.
• Ensure platforms are maintained and improved to maximize security and efficiency.
