Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, perform retrospective analyses across experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and CAC performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics with direct exposure to performance or affiliate marketing.
• End-to-end reporting ownership from data pipeline to dashboard.
• Experience with messy, complex, third-party data.
• Partner with business teams to uncover meaningful trends and drive decisions.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across multiple verticals.
• Collaborate with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and analyze experiments.
• Build and standardize dashboards; ensure dashboards are used and understood.
