Job summary

Syndio is building a distributed integration platform to connect HRIS, ATS, payroll, and other systems. As a Software Engineer, Integrations, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data flows across our Go API, Temporal workflows, and Python transformation engine.

You’ll own connectors and APIs, optimize performance, and work closely with Customer Success and Implementation teams to surface clear error handling and reliable data delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs: REST/SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, API keys.
• Experience with data pipelines, orchestration, retries and monitoring.
• Strong SQL and data model reasoning; familiarity with HRIS/ATS/CRM/ERP data models.

Responsibilities

• Manage connectors and APIs across systems and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams and surface clear error feedback.
