DoorDash is seeking a Sales Manager for In Store to lead regional Account Executives and drive growth with restaurant partners. You will hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team while aligning regional sales with company goals across the US.

This role is remote with travel to key markets as needed, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales - In Store. You bring 3+ years in sales leadership, a track record of scaling teams, and comfort with Salesforce, Google Suite, and data analysis to inform

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in sales leadership positions with SaaS, SMB tech or restaurant sales.
Proven track record of building and growing high-performing sales teams.
Consistent overachievement of strategic sales goals.
Experience working with restaurants and hospitality groups.
Able to work with cross-functional teams and onboard new partners smoothly.
Comfortable with Salesforce, Google Suite and data analysis.
