Haven, LLC is hiring an Insurance Advisor to join a fast-paced, remote-first personal lines pod reporting to a Sales Manager. You will handle inbound inquiries, conduct needs-based conversations, quote and place home/auto coverage, and cross-sell where appropriate.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance targets, and strong documentation in AMS/CRM. You’ll work with licensed professionals, stay current on underwriting guidelines, and contribute to training materials as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Active P&C/personal lines license (required)
• Experience in a high-volume sales or call center
• Track record of meeting production/quotas
• Strong needs-assessment and cross-selling skills
• Comfort with CRM and quoting/rating systems
• Excellent phone presence and communication
• Coachability and quick feedback adoption
• Comfort in a fast-paced remote-first environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset in an early-stage setting

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups
• Quote and place home, auto, and other personal lines coverage
• Cross-sell/bundle accounts where appropriate
• Meet production targets for calls, quotes, and policies
• Document client interactions in AMS/CRM accurately
• Handoff policies to Client Service Advisor with context
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on retention and service issues
• Participate in coaching, reviews, and iterate on scripts/playbooks
• Stay updated on carrier appetite and underwriting guidelines
• Contribute to building training materials for Haven advisors
