MoneyGram is seeking a Sr. Manager / Director for Balance & Emerging Products within Digital, remote-friendly. The role focuses on growing Balance, Domestic and International Bill Pay, and Mobile Top-Up, driving adoption and retention.

You will partner with product, CRM, and Marketing to design lifecycle journeys, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, and you will present recommendations to senior leadership as the Balance product matures.

Competenze

• 5–8 years in consumer fintech or related field.
• Proven growth from early adoption to repeatable growth with cohort results.
• Experience boosting retention, ARPU, or multi-product adoption.
• Experience with stored value wallets or accounts.

Mansioni

• Own Balance, Bill Pay, and Mobile Top-Up strategy and pricing.
• Identify adoption friction and drive cross-product adoption with CRM.
• Design lifecycle journeys and cross-sell campaigns with Marketing.
• Define GTM markets and launch playbooks for emerging products.
• Present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
