Job summary

MoneyGram is seeking a Senior Integration Solution Manager to lead end-to-end technical integrations with banks, networks, partners, and enterprise clients. You will bridge business, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to deliver scalable, compliant solutions on time.

You will manage the lifecycle, oversee testing, certification, and production rollout, and drive improvements in integration performance and reliability. Strong fintech integration background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in integration management, solution architecture, or API-based connectivity ( fintech/payments preferred).
• Experience with Java/C#/Python/.NET and XML technologies and web technologies.
• Proven success leading multi-stakeholder integration projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Education or certifications in related fields are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of technical integrations across partners and clients.
• Own the full integration lifecycle from scoping to deployment and certification.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Engineering to ensure scope and security.
• Guide onboarding, testing, production go-live, and maintenance of integrations.
• Establish metrics, monitor uptime, and drive continuous improvement.
