Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work with security and compliance teams. The role requires strong program management and attention to detail in a remote-first environment.

The anticipated annual hiring range is $80,800 to $101,000, with final compensation based on experience and internal equity. Short-term incentive eligibility applies, varying by goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA/SOC1/SOC2 regulatory controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain list of high-value assets, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Document and maintain enterprise security processes; design/mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risks.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies to drive business impact.
• Influence business partners through judgment and analysis.
• Balance business strategy with risk management controls.
• Stay current with audit/compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist in policies, procedures, and standards development.
