Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and partner with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision.

The role requires strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a remote-first work environment with an annual salary range of $80,800 to $101,000, plus short-term incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented, analytical manner and identify risks across a population.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain high-value assets with threats; design risk mitigations.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on program health and risk posture.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable improvements.
• Influence business partners through sound judgment.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk controls.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
