Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives, working closely with security and compliance teams. The role requires strong program and project management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

The anticipated annual hiring range is $80,800 to $101,000, with short-term incentive eligibility. This is a remote-first role with opportunities to influence risk across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, risk, or compliance programs.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulatory controls and SOC1/SOC2.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain a list of high-value assets and their threats to ensure risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and mature controls across the org.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed or on management request.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls, risk information, and related details.
• Produce periodic views/reports of security risk to inform executives of the program health and risk position.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies in audits and drive actionable business impact.
• Exercise judgment to influence business partners and balance strategy with risk controls.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
