RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute compliance initiatives, working closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' governance vision.

The role requires strong program and project management, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a remote-first environment. Salary ranges from $80,800 to $101,000 with short-term incentive eligibility.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance.
• 3+ years with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and maintain high-value assets and their threats for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Manage GRC platform documentation for controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic views/reports of security risk for executives.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Balance business strategy with risk management controls.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
