Coinbase is seeking a Senior Manager, Head of KYC within Central Compliance. You will own the global strategy, policy, and program execution for KYC across all Coinbase regulated entities.

You’ll lead a team of KYC professionals, provide regulatory guidance, and collaborate with operations, product, and legal teams to scale the program globally. You will drive policy development, risk-based frameworks, and scalable solutions while balancing regulatory compliance with business velocity.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years designing and implementing KYC programs at a financial institution.
• Deep knowledge of global AML, CTF, and sanctions regulations and multi-jurisdiction design.
• Proven track record building and scaling global KYC programs from design to execution.
• Experience as senior escalation point for KYC/onboarding matters and regulator interaction.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end strategic direction of global KYC program including policy development and enterprise-wide design.
• Lead a team of KYC professionals across second-line compliance and ensure consistent execution.
• Drive KYC issue management, corrective actions, and systemic enhancements.
• Partner with sales, product, engineering, and regulatory teams to design KYC initiatives for new launches.
• Serve as DRI for regulatory reporting and deliver executive-level KPI reporting.
• Shape interpretation and implementation of global KYC requirements with Legal and business stakeholders.
