Deep knowledge of AML, sanctions, and CTF regs across multiple jurisdictions.
Proven track record scaling global KYC from design to execution.
Senior escalation point for KYC/onboarding with regulators.
Ability to deliver executive-level program performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategic direction of Coinbase's Global KYC program.
Lead a team of KYC professionals across second-line compliance.
Drive KYC issue management, corrective actions, and improvements.
Partner with sales, product, and engineering to launch KYC initiatives.
Serve as DRI for regulatory reporting and executive KPI reporting.
Shape interpretation of global KYC requirements with Legal and Compliance.
