Job summary

Sumsub is seeking a Senior Lead GTM to drive the global scale, strategy, and market dominance of its KYB solution. You will own the overarching Go-To-Market strategy, shape high-value enterprise partnerships, and collaborate with executive leadership to expand Sumsub’s global footprint.

You will bring a decade of KYB, regulatory, and enterprise sales experience, leading cross-functional teams to execute scalable GTM initiatives and drive ARR growth across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B FinTech/KYB environments.
• Proven track record taking complex compliance products global.
• Deep knowledge of KYB regulations and enterprise buying.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global GTM strategy for the KYB suite.
• Drive top-line revenue growth and enterprise deals.
• Assess market trends and regulatory requirements across regions.
• Coordinate Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success.
