Job summary

Astra Inc. is building payment infrastructure and seeks an Account Executive to join as an early member of the Sales team. You will hunt opportunities, articulate our value, and close key stakeholders in fintech and payments customers.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, a data‑driven approach to pipeline and forecasting, and strong ability to educate clients about our platform. This remote‑first role includes equity and growth opportunities, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales in Payments/FinTech.
• Proven prospecting and closing success with strong discovery and empathy.
• Technical product sales experience within Payments ecosystem.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities.
• Sell consultatively and strategically across fintech customers.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Engineering, and Compliance teams.
• Leverage AI tools to sharpen research and automate workflows.
