Job summary

Astra Inc. is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and scale the finance function during rapid growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will own financial strategy, planning, reporting, and operational rigor while partnering with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking or strategic finance.
• Experience in a venture‑backed startup and fundraising processes is preferred.
• Strong modeling, forecasting and analytical skills with fintech exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, capital planning and forecasting at scale.
• Own board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses.
• Build driver‑based models for GMV/Revenue, KPI dashboards, and reporting.
• Oversee treasury, accounting operations, and annual budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align investments and headcount with goals.
