Job summary

AlphaGov seeks a seasoned Faculty Information Systems Implementation Consultant to support higher‑education projects such as activity reporting, annual reviews, and dossiers. This is a remote‑first, 1099 engagement with occasional client travel.

Ideal candidates will have experience configuring FIS platforms and planning data migrations, plus training faculty and administrators. Familiarity with Watermark Faculty Success, Interfolio, or Elements is required; accreditation/reporting or

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience implementing faculty information systems in higher education.
• Experience with Watermark Faculty Success, Interfolio, Elements, or similar systems.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant.

Responsibilities

• Map faculty activity reporting, annual review, and promotion & tenure processes.
• Configure FIS platforms and integrations with SIS/HRIS.
• Plan data migration and reporting for accreditation.
• Train faculty and administrators.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming.
