Coinbase is hiring an Experiential Marketing Associate to lead the full lifecycle of event execution, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to deliver on-brand experiences that connect Coinbase with customers and partners.

You will manage budgets, source venues, and track outcomes, driving events that deepen relationships and support growth across Consumer and Institutional audiences in a remote-first company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event management or experiential marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on vendor and venue management including contract negotiation and budget tracking.
• Experience with event platforms and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event execution across the experiential calendar, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, contracts, budgets, and attendee management.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Communications to align event programming with business priorities.
• Build and maintain event project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents from planning to post-event wrap-up.
• Support creative development for event experiences with design and brand teams on invitations, signage, and on-site activations.
• Track budgets, manage vendor invoices, and reconcile expenses to stay within approved spend.
• Measure event performance with post-event reports showing attendance, engagement, and pipeline/revenue attribution.
