Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of 8 SDRs across the EMEA region, driving productivity, coaching, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations. The role requires Manchester office attendance three days per week and a strategic impact on performance and pipeline.

You will partner with SDR leadership to innovate processes, manage KPIs, and deliver high-quality sales opportunities for Sophos’ sales teams and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales development team across EMEA.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing SDRs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Team management: accountable for performance and results.
• Develop skills and progression within the SDR team.
• Engage with Sales and Marketing leaders to drive ROI and pipeline.
• Design and deliver modern training programmes for a progressive SDR team.
• Maintain motivation and set meaningful performance goals.
• Collaborate with Global SDR leadership to raise standards.
• Recruit and onboard high-potential candidates.
