Sophos is seeking a Sales Development Manager based in Manchester to lead a team of eight SDRs across the EMEA region. This role focuses on building stronger partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Operations while driving innovation and higher quality sales opportunities for Sophos' Sales teams and channel partners.

The role requires office attendance in Manchester (3 fixed days per week: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and involves integrating the SDR team into wider Sales and Marketing

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of 8 SDRs across the EMEA region.
• Develop new sales skills and thinking across the team.
• Oversee change programmes and drive innovation within the function.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Operations and global SDR community.
• Increase quality and productivity of the wider EMEA SDR Team's output.
• Coordinate with SDRs outside the UK to ensure consistent performance.
• Improve communication with senior stakeholders and create new synergies between Sales and Marketing.
