Make-A-Wish America seeks a data entry specialist to input donor and constituent information into our CRM with high accuracy and exceptional service. The role supports donors, the general public, and chapters, with hybrid work options for the Phoenix area.

You will perform large volumes of data entry, ensure data integrity, and assist with training on standards and SOPs. The position is full-time with remote-friendly considerations and requires 1–2 years in nonprofit data entry and strong

Qualifications

• Must be located in Phoenix, AZ.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, liberal arts or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, data entry and/or nonprofit environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office; NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with some in-office responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry of donor information, donations, and gift batches into enterprise CRM with accuracy.
• Imports large volumes of donor, gift, and fundraising data with attention to detail.
• Enters donor relationship, gift reference, contact and solicitation info; cleans up data as needed.
• Ensures returned mail and matching gift forms are processed timely.
• Completes helpdesk tasks ensuring high-level donor service for all stakeholders.
• Assists in creating and updating SOPs and quick reference guides.
