Job summary

Make-A-Wish America is seeking a detail-oriented data entry specialist to enter constituent and donor data into the CRM with high accuracy. The role provides exceptional customer service to donors, the public, and chapters while handling confidential information.

The position supports data imports, gift coding, and ongoing maintenance of donor records. Remote-first with some in-office work in the Phoenix area, and requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry of donor information, donations, and gift batches into the enterprise CRM with accuracy.
• Imports large volumes of donor and fundraising data with attention to detail.
• Ensures returned mail and matching gift request forms are processed promptly.
• Maintains up-to-date with training and best practices; supports development of SOPs and QRGs.
