OneNotary is looking for a Director of Operations to lead its nationwide notary network consisting of W2 employees and independent contractors. This role requires a strategic leader who will establish scalable processes, ensure compliance, and drive performance while fostering a high-performance culture.

Successful candidates will bring over 10 years of experience in operations, with a strong focus on training and quality management. Work alongside teams in Product, Engineering, and HR to optimize processes and support growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations or service delivery.
• Experience managing a blended workforce of W-2 employees and independent contractors.
• Strong background in training program development and operational process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale OneNotary's nationwide notary network workforce.
• Establish training, certification, and onboarding programs.
• Track operational KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
