Statellite, LLC is seeking a data infra engineer to own ingestion, modeling, and derivation of performance data for NOVA and related analytics surfaces. You will design interfaces used by NOVA and coach-facing analytics and build tooling that empowers analysts to self-serve without impacting production.

The role emphasizes pipelines, schema evolution, and data quality at scale, with a remote-first, async-by-default environment and meaningful equity.

Qualifications

• Experience with event pipelines, schema evolution, and data quality at scale.
• Comfort across SQL, a typed language, and at least one warehouse or OLAP engine.
• Opinionated about data contracts, idempotency, and replay.

Responsibilities

• Own ingestion, modeling, and derivation of performance data used in product.
• Design the interfaces that NOVA and coach-facing analytics consume.
• Build tooling that makes analysts self-serve without breaking prod.
