Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for trading products, bridging Trading product teams with CX operations to reduce customer friction and drive retention. You will oversee a portfolio across key trading domains, align with Sales, Concierge, Compliance, and Trading product partners, and guide multi-quarter improvements.

You will define strategy, prioritize tradeoffs, and report KPIs to executives while ensuring readiness for Tier 1 launches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations
• 5+ years in a trading, brokerage, or financial services environment
• Proven track record owning high-value customer segments or critical programs
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning 5+ teams
• Ability to influence Directors+ without direct authority
• Proficiency in KPI frameworks, OKR glidepaths, and executive reporting
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains, with launch readiness and performance scorecards
• Lead the high‑net‑worth CX program end‑to‑end across Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product
• Set strategy and prioritization frameworks for ambiguous, high-stakes problems
• Build and execute a multi‑quarter improvement roadmap combining in‑product fixes and CX improvements
• Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches and measure post-launch impact
• Partner with Trading product teams through regular operational reviews and exec‑level reporting
