Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for trading products, bridging Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce friction and drive retention. You will lead a high-value segment and define the service model across Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product.

The role requires leading complex programs across multiple teams, influencing Directors+, and delivering executive-ready metrics that tie CX to revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations in financial services.
• 5+ years in trading, brokerage, or financial services environment.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs spanning 5+ teams (Sales, Compliance, and Trading).
• Experience influencing Directors+ and aligning priorities across competing initiatives.
• Proficiency defining KPI frameworks, OKR glidepaths, and executive reporting.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight for efficiency, cost, and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance scorecards.
• Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end and define segment strategy and service model.
• Set program strategy and prioritization frameworks for ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
• Build a multi-quarter improvement roadmap with in-product fixes and CX improvements.
• Execute CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches and measure impact post-launch.
• Partner with Trading product teams through regular reviews and exec-ready reporting.
