Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support experience across trading products, bridging Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce friction and drive retention. You will manage a portfolio of trading domains, set strategy, and lead cross-functional programs with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Trading, with KPI and exec-facing reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
• Proven ability to own high-value customer segments or programs with retention or revenue metrics.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning 5+ teams with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align priorities without direct authority.
• Proficiency in defining KPI frameworks, OKR glidepaths, and executive reporting.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of trading product domains, including target metrics and launch readiness.
• Lead high-value CX program end-to-end with Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product.
• Define strategy and prioritization for ambiguous, high-stakes problems for Director+ stakeholders.
• Build and execute multi-quarter improvements combining in-product fixes and CX-driven enhancements.
• Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 trading launches and measure post-launch impact.
• Provide executive-facing reporting surfacing voice-of-customer themes and business impact.
