Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own the end-to-end support experience across trading products, bridging Trading product teams and CX operations to reduce friction, ensure smooth launches, and drive retention for high-value customers.

You will define strategy, lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Trading, build multi-quarter roadmaps, and measure impact on CSAT and adoption with executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
• Experience owning a high-value customer segment or critical program.
• Ability to define strategy and lead cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Proven skills in KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (REQUIRED in ad text).

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains and associated program targets.
• Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Define strategy, prioritization, and tradeoff frameworks for complex initiatives.
• Build multi-quarter roadmaps incorporating in-product fixes and CX improvements.
• Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 launches and measure post-launch impact.
• Partner with Trading product teams to surface customer feedback and report impacts.
