Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for trading products and to drive retention for high-value customers. You will bridge Trading product teams and CX operations to minimize friction and ensure successful product launches.

You will define strategy, align multiple teams, and measure impact on CSAT and adoption, with a focus on multi-quarter improvement and proactive support. This role emphasizes responsible AI use and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, CX, or product operations.
• Experience in trading, brokerage, or financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to define strategy for cross-functional programs.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience building KPI frameworks and executive reporting.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance scorecards.
• Lead high net worth CX program end-to-end across Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product.
• Define strategy and prioritization frameworks for high-stakes problems.
• Build and execute multi-quarter improvements via in-product fixes and CX improvements.
• Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 launches with Product, WFM, L&D, and Tooling.
• Surface voice-of-customer themes and report to executives with actionable insights.
