Job summary

BlueCargo in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to ensure clients maximize value from our platform. You will be the primary contact for assigned customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve product and customer experience; on-site 3x per week with customers, flexible in-office arrangements.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in a customer-facing role in logistics, transportation, or tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with proactive action.
• Experience using CRM systems and data analytics to drive action.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned customers across organization levels.
• Conduct trainings, check-ins, and quarterly business reviews to drive adoption.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to expand accounts.
• Monitor usage and KPIs to improve customer ROI.
• Serve as voice of the customer to influence product and roadmap.
• Advocate internally for customers to improve outcomes.
