Jobot is seeking an experienced Agency Recruiter to join our remote-first team in the United States. You will develop new business and recruit top candidates using our Jax ATS to support Construction and other specialties, collaborating with clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Full-desk recruiting expertise across clients and candidates.
• Performance and revenue accountability demonstrated.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients using top sales skills.
• Recruitment: use our tech stack, including Jax ATS, to match candidates to openings.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all candidate and client interactions.
