Jobot is looking for Experienced Agency Recruiters to join our team. You will drive new business and manage end-to-end recruitment using our tech stack, including Jax, to connect top candidates with client opportunities.

Qualifications

• Staffing Agency Experience: 2+ years at a staffing agency or similar recruiting environment.
• Full-desk recruiting: manage client development and active candidate placement end-to-end.
• Performance & revenue accountability: track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
• Relationship nurturing: maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and retain clients through effective outreach and consultative selling.
• Recruitment: source, screen, and place candidates using our tech stack, including Jax.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all candidate and client interactions.
