You will own end-to-end recruitment, collaborate across specialties, and help clients and candidates succeed with a focus on performance and revenue

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience required.
• Proven full-desk recruiting capability with client and candidate ownership.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placement or revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• New business development to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment using our tech stack and Jax ATS to match openings.
• Lead with kindness and respect in all interactions.
