With 2+ years in agency recruiting, you will manage client development and candidate recruitment end-to-end, while upholding our values of kindness, respect, and performance accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years staffing agency experience.
• Proven ability to manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding placements.
• Maintain strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: using top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: using our tech stack and ATS to find candidates who match open positions.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect.
