Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Experienced Agency Recruiter to drive new business and fill client openings across multiple industries. This remote-first role leverages our Jax ATS and AI tools to source top talent while building strong client relationships.

You will recruit end-to-end in a full-desk capacity, manage client development and candidate placement, and operate within a high-performing, employee-owned culture that rewards performance with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing agency experience.
• Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: use our ATS and tech stack to match candidates to roles.
