Capstone Search Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Inside Sales Leader for a 100% remote role within the Select Business division. The role focuses on writing small business accounts and supervising the sales team, leveraging internal leads rather than cold calling.

You will gather client information, prepare proposals, present coverage recommendations, and coach colleagues on product knowledge and sales activities.

Formación

• 3–5 years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience in a sales role.
• Active P&C license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Work new business referrals from producers, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
• Engage with potential customers to gather information about their business and insurance needs.
• Complete applications and ACORD forms; submit to underwriters for quotes or online ratings.
• Prepare and present proposals; recommend coverage and close on new business opportunities.
• Monitor and record team performance; assist with training and sales activities.
• Attend meetings and present to clients and internal partners as needed.
