Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance program structures, including E&S lines and market trends.
• Experience managing the marketing/placement process at a retail agency or wholesale broker.
• Ability to analyze markets and align coverage options with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate information gathered by the sales team on prospective clients.
• Conduct coverage analysis and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Take business to market and manage the process to obtain quotes and bind coverage.
