Job summary

VisionPoint Marketing is seeking a Client Success Manager to drive projects from kickoff to wrap-up, partnering with Enrollment Marketing Consultants and creative teams to deliver on client goals.

You will own day-to-day communications, manage budgets and timelines, monitor KPIs, and seek renewal opportunities while ensuring high client satisfaction. This remote-first, hybrid-friendly role suits a collaborative marketer with 3+ years in PM or agency work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management and/or agency experience.
• Experience managing full life cycle of marketing projects and tracking KPIs such as margin and pace.
• Experience managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
• Experience working with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage a mix of brand, media, creative, SEO, CRM, and consultative projects.
• Track scope and profitability and keep projects on target.
• Build timelines, secure resources, and remove roadblocks for teams.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned with concise updates.
• Lead meetings with tight agendas and clear next steps.
• Identify expansion and renewal opportunities by linking wins to client objectives.
