Job summary

N3XT is a Wyoming-chartered SPDI fintech bank enabling a secure bridge between traditional capital markets and public blockchain infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to lead daily liquidity, capital management, and investment strategies under the Head of Treasury.

You will build cash flow forecasts, manage liquidity, optimize investments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation while collaborating with finance and risk teams in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years in corporate treasury or financial risk management.
• Experience in regulated financial institutions.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting abilities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• CFA and/or Certified Treasury Professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily liquidity and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee investment portfolio and policy execution.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and compliance.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and custodians.
• Lead process improvements and automation of reconciliations.
• Provide detailed reports to CFO and audit committees.
