Job summary

Crux, a powerful energy finance platform, seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Bank Capital to build and manage relationships with bank capital providers, supporting coverage, pipeline development, and capital formation across debt, tax equity, and structured products. You will work with the Head of Strategic Bank Capital to expand bank participation and ownership over time.

This remote-first role aligns with Crux's distributed workforce in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance-related field.
• 5+ years in capital markets, bank coverage or related areas, preferably renewables.
• Experience with bank counterparties or institutional investors.
• Knowledge of tax equity, revenue financing, or structured products.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support Crux's bank coverage of investor desks, treasury and investing groups.
• Help execute bank coverage strategy and advance capital initiatives.
• Translate bank mandates into actionable opportunities across Crux's capital solutions.
• Maintain bank coverage model and target lists with CRM hygiene.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned bank relationships.
• Prepare for meetings with research, briefs, and follow-ups.
• Own bank pipeline accuracy and provide forecasts to leadership.
• Coordinate with Investments, Debt Capital Markets, Tax Credit Markets, and Pricing on requests.
• Draft bank-facing materials like decks and updates.
