Job summary

N3XT in the United States (Remote First) is seeking a Senior Business Development & Solutions Manager for Capital Markets Trading. You will drive adoption of N3XT infrastructure, guide institutional clients through integration, and lead hands-on API onboarding.

This role focuses on deep client relationships, tailoring banking solutions with cross-functional teams including Trading, Settlements, Engineering, and Executives; occasional travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of commercial experience in Capital Markets trading and BD roles.
Experience in technical advisory and API-led client integrations.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Act as client advisor evaluating trading workflows and integrating banking products.
Lead API integration and technical onboarding with product engineering.
Design and run pilot programs to test new settlement capabilities.
Map client trade lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and optimize APIs.
Collaborate with CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Trading, and CTOs to tailor banking setups.
Lead end-to-end deal cycles with tier-1 and mid-tier institutions.
Translate client feedback into technical requirements for roadmap.
Travel up to 50% to meet institutional clients and conduct executive sessions.
