Job summary

Scentbird is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Operations team in Somerset, NJ, reporting to the Associate Director of NPD. You will support New Product Development projects with a focus on beauty packaging execution, component tracking, and sampling, coordinating timelines with creative campaigns and marketing deliverables.

In this role you’ll collaborate with NPD, packaging engineering, creative, and marketing to keep launches on track.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of packaging coordination, PM, or supply chain in beauty/cosmetics.
• Experience with physical packaging components and vendor/sample coordination workflows.
• Proven ability to track cross-functional packaging and launch projects to deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track, request, and coordinate physical product and packaging samples across the launch cycle.
• Maintain a comprehensive packaging and sample inventory log; flag missing or delayed components.
• Serve as a bridge between packaging, NPD, creative, and marketing to align samples with shoots and handoffs.
• Build and manage project timelines for creative shoots (photo/video) and asset handoffs.
• Track go-to-market deliverables tied to campaigns against the master NPD timeline.
• Organize cross-functional meetings, log progress, and deliver status updates.
• Maintain complete project and packaging documentation accessible to stakeholders.
• Attend cross-functional NPD meetings to report packaging readiness and resolve issues.
