Job description

We’re looking for a highly organized Product Development Coordinator to support our Product Development team in the beauty industry. This is a hybrid role focused on administrative support, sample management, trend research, and project coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inventory, product master room, and samples (ship, receive, swatch, and test formulas)
• Gather social listening insights and consumer feedback on new launches and summarize findings
• Research trends and create visual presentations for packaging, formulas, and shade inspiration
• Maintain and update product master logs and formula submission trackers
• Support PD team with product sample requests for photoshoots, retailer meetings, and urgent needs
• Assist PD Managers with purchasing, swatching, and organizing color benchmarks
• Track and organize samples from vendor presentations and maintain a tidy PD room
• Take detailed notes during meetings and provide recaps
• Perform general office tasks including shipping, filing, organizing, and ordering supplies

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of Product Development experience, ideally in color cosmetics
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage projects independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
