Job summary

Cécred is seeking an NPD Project Manager to oversee the evolution of development projects from concept to commercialization, including launches, line extensions, promo sets, sampling, and reformulation. You will lead weekly cross-functional team meetings, track milestones, and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience in CPG, Beauty, or equivalent industry.
BA/BS in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
PMP certification (desired).
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage all development workplans and timelines.
Lead weekly cross-functional team status meetings and follow up to ensure milestones are met.
Escalate risks and implement mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget.
Provide PM best practices and develop processes for the business.
Manage repackaging, reformulation, and sustaining timelines.
